Jessica Lowry is a design strategist, educator, and founder of Mindful Studio, where she helps people and organizations apply design thinking to personal and professional transformation. Her work draws from two decades of guiding executives, founders, and creatives through high-stakes change — integrating the science of awareness, motivation, and human-centered design.
